He will be monitored by the Washington State Department of Corrections, the Vancouver Police Department Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Unit.• Patrick R. King, 61, recently registered as a transient. King was convicted of indecent liberties in 1984. He sexually abused a 8-year-old girl while baby-sitting her, according to court documents. He threatened to kill the victim if she disclosed the assault. In 1997, he pleaded guilty to first-degree child molestation of a 5-year-old girl whom he knew.He’s described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 210 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
